Interns & Volunteers

As an intern or volunteer for the Dolores Huerta Foundation, you will learn valuable life lessons while helping the foundation continue its important community organizing work in the areas of grass roots organizing, education, civic engagement, fundraising, GIS, equality and LGBTQ+ rights and the Youth and Family Civic Engagement Initiative.

DHF is based in Bakersfield, California. We are seeking volunteers and interns passionate to work with and on behalf of DHF’s Vecinos Unidos members Arvin, Lamont, Weedpatch, Greenfield, California City and Bakersfield (Kern County) Lindsay, and Woodlake (Tulare County) and Sanger, Caruthers, Antelope Valley and Parlier (Fresno County). The residents of these communities are primarily Latinx, immigrants, and low-income..

Internships

Event Volunteer
