ARVIN’S VETERANS HALL WILL BE A COVID VACCINATION SITE. This is crucial as the surrounding communities often house essential agricultural workers.

Gavin Newsom reported via @cagovernor Instagram, “We’re taking steps to get #COVID19 vaccines to the hardest-hit communities. With a partnership with OptumServe & counties, we’re opening up to 11 vaccine sites, like here in Arvin. We are also increasing supply by 58% to the Central Valley & allocating 34k doses to farmworkers.”
