A Year on the Frontlines, a one-year commemoration event of the COVID-19 pandemic in California.
About this Event
As we approach the one year mark of this pandemic, we are bringing together our network of Latino philanthropists, grassroots leaders, and advocates to reflect on the challenges and highlight lessons learned during the pandemic to inform our collective future.
Our panel filled with community leaders will help us inform policymakers and funders on the highlight the immediate and long-term solutions that will lead to our collective healing and rebuilding of a just, equitable California. We will feature:
- Cecilia Castro of the Dolores Huerta Foundation
- Luz Gallegos of TODEC Legal Center
- Armando Valdez of CCAT
- Jessica Paz-Cedillos of The School or Arts and Culture
