Geographic Information Systems Department
The Dolores Huerta Foundation uses Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technology to advance equity, educate and empower communities of color. GIS amplifies storytelling and empowers grassroots community outreach campaigns such as integrative voter registration, civic engagement, census participation, and redistricting efforts. This tool allows DHF to equip and enhance organizing efforts to further mobilize and activate people for social change throughout the Central and Antelope Valley.
