Join Dolores Huerta, her family, friends, and the Dolores Huerta Foundation staff and supporters for a special national live Telemundo broadcast.
Local celebrated reporter, Norma Gaspar, will co-host with the cast of Un Nuevo Día, as the show airs live from La Mina Restaurant in Bakersfield. Audience members/extras will be treated to a free breakfast, fun prizes, and a performance by the band, Brindis. Dress comfortably, but show up camera ready, as the hosts plan to walk around to the tables and include those gathered in the broadcast. They will address current pop-culture topics as well as the more pressing issues of The Border Kids and the Trust Act.
When: Wednesday, July 23rd, 3:00 am – 7:00 am (You may leave early, if necessary)
